Citigroup Upgrades JC Decaux To “Buy”

Citigroup has upgraded French outdoor company JCDecaux to a “buy” from a “hold”, citing improved conditions for 2010.

Citigroup predicts an increase of 23% in earnings for 2010, and 14% for 2011. It notes that outdoor advertising is showing structural strength and improved geographic exposure, which will contribute to better performance beginning in 2010.
