JCDecaux Predicts 10% Decline in World Outdoor Markets

JCDecaux, one of the world’s largest outdoor advertising companies, has predicted a 10% world-wide outdoor advertising revenue decline for 2009. “We should be around a 10% fall this year” said Charles DeCaux, the company’s co-CEO.

Another large French outdoor company, Publicis Group, also predicted a 8.5% decline for 2009, but predicted a 1.6% growth in ad spending for 2010.
