Billboard May Cost Kentucky $42 Million in Highway Funds

A billboard with the message “Hell is Real” has put the State of Kentucky in a precarious position with the U.S. Government regarding highway funding.

Under the Highway Beautification Act, states must monitor and enforce the statute or risk losing their national funding of their highway program, In Kentucky, that amounts to about $42 million per year. (more…)

Target To Make Vinyl Ads Into Bags

Target has announced a “green” idea to dispose of its billboard vinyls in a unique way. Target is going to take down it’s current advertisement in Times Square to make way for new creative, and cut those nine billboard vinyls into 1,600 tote bags. The tote bags will sell for $29.99 at Target.
